ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

FURTHER TO OUR NOTICE DT. 17^TH JUNE 2010 WE WISH TO INFORM THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE BHUBANESWAR CLUB LTD., WILL BE HELD IN THE CLUB PREMISES ON SATURDAY THE 21^ST AUGUST, 2010 AT 08.00 P.M. INSTEAD OF 13^TH AUGUST 2010 DUE TO CERTAIN UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES.

MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO ATTEND THE MEETING, THE AGENDA REMAINING THE SAME.

AGENDA

1.    President’s address.

2.    To Receive the Committee’s Annual Report of the Club for 2009-10.

3.    To Adopt the Saturday Audit Report and Accounts of the Club for the year 2009-10.

4.    To appoint Auditors and fix their remuneration.

5.    To elect President, Vice President, Honorary Secretary, Joint Secretary and six Committee Members for 2010-11.

6.    To transact any other business.

7.    Announcement of election results.

1.     Copies of the Annual Report together with Accounts will be sent in advance. No additional copies will be distributed at the time of AGM.

2.     Copies of the Annual Report together with Accounts have been displayed on the Club’s Notice Board.

3.     Dinner will be served.

Further to the notice for Election the dates are as under :

1.    Election of committee members 21^st August, 2010 (Saturday) at 8 P.M.

2.    Publication of the election results 21^st August, 2010 (Saturday) after election.

SMART CHIP IDENTITY CARD

MEMBERS KINDLY TAKE NOTE THAT OUR CLUB ID CARDS WILL BE CHANGED TO SMART CARDS WITH EFFECT FROM 1ST APRIL 2009.

TO IMPLEMENT THE SAME ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY FURNISH PHOTOGRAPHS OF PASSPORT SIZE, OF SELF AND DEPENDENTS, ALONG WITH DETAILS.

KINDLY BEAR IN MIND THAT WE WILL BE CIRCULATING TO ALL AFFILIATED CLUBS ABOUT THE WITHDRAWAL OF OLD ID CARDS. WE SHALL ALSO COMMUNICATE TO THEM NOT TO ENTERTAIN MEMBERS PRESENTING THE OLD ID CARDS.

MEMBERSHIP OF THE CLUB FOR GOVT./PSU  OFFICERS

It is brought to the notice of the club members that the Management is no longer receiving applications for Club membership of Govt./PSU Officers who are serving in places other than Orissa and also retired govt. /PSU Officers  as well as govt./PSU  officers who have less than five years of service before the age of retirement.

Members are requested not to embarrass the Club Management with requests for induction of the above categories of persons as Club Members.

Subject :RENEWAL OF ID CARD

RENEWAL OF ID CARD

MEMBERS ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO RENEW THEIR IDENTITY CARDS WELL IN ADVANCE BY DEPOSITING THE SAME IN THE OFFICE. AFTER RENEWAL, THE CARDS WILL BE DISPATCHED TO THEM IN THE RESPECTIVE HOME ADDRESS. (BY SPEED POST/COURIER) IN CASE YOU DO NOT WISH TO COLLECT THE SAME FROM THE OFFICE.

FURTHER, ANYBODY SEEKING FOR RENEWAL OF CLUB INTRODUCTORY CARDS, IT WILL FOLLOW THE SAME GUIDELINES AS MENTIONED ABOVE .
