Booking of guest rooms should rooms should be done preferably 7 days before the date of arrival, with one day's room rent in advance.

CANCELLATION OF GUEST ROOM BOOKING:

(I) 75% will be refunded against cancellation made before 7 days from the date of anticipated arrival.
|
|
(II) 50% will be refunded against cancellation made between 2 days to 6 days from the date of anticipated arrival.

(III) No refund will be given if cancellation is made within 1 day from the date of anticipated arrival .

Members of affiliated clubs, visiting our club have to produce their club identity card or letter of introduction from their club. All transactions are to be settled in cash / credit.
